Ireland and Northern Ireland:
Normally 2-4 working days with AnPost €7.95 (not include production time), choose Express delivery
€11.99 if you need to receive your order faster 1-2 working days (not include production time).
Large block sand ceremony sets (for more than 2 participants) are charged at €14.50 shipping due to the total package weight exceeding 5 kg.
Note: Deliveries are out of our control. I will do my best to send them out as fast as possible.
UK delivery:
Shipping starts from €20 per Unity set. Delivery time can vary from 1-2 weeks
Worldwide:
Shipping starts from €28 per Unity set and delivery time can vary from 5-9 working days – final shipping costs you can see at the checkout (not including production time)

Delivery details:
Please ensure that you give the full address and telephone number of the person receiving the delivery. All orders are delivered by courier and a signature is required

Returns
Order Cancellations : For most items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods. However, this does not apply to certain items which we have made, personalised or customised specifically for you. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 days , beginning after the day on which the item is delivered.
Any defects or problems with the product need to be addressed to I DO FOR YOU within 7 days. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay the return postage unless the item is faulty.
We are unable to accept returns on personalised products unless there has been a mistake from your original requirement by I DO FOR YOU. (Please be aware we make our products as it shows on the website and any additional detail added need to be confirmed before you order.) In which case we are happy to exchange the order without charge and refund any return postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
